What you will be doing:

Perform and check calculations (storm-water management, potable water distribution, sanitary sewer collection and transmission)

Prepare specifications and drawings

Design land development infrastructure including roadways, water, sewer, and drainage

Prepare and process permits through all applicable agencies

Interface with fellow clients, engineers, CAD drafters, and other disciplines

Prepare site construction cost estimates

Review, correct, and approve shop drawings and other material specifications

Attend and participate in meetings with client(s) and internal staff

Deliver project technical documents

Maintain a high level of organization and technical competency

Provide construction inspection services

Process certification and closeout of permits through all applicable agencies

Experience you will need:

B.S.C.E or equivalent degree from an ABET accredited university

E.I.T.

1-5+ years civil experience in land development

Florida Professional Engineer License (Requried)

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Familiarity with I.C.P.R. (Preferred) and A.S.A.D. (Preferred)

Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and other standard Microsoft Office applications
