Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Utilize project tracking tools to monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the production team during the manufacturing process.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in plastics and lighting is highly desirable.
- Proficient in project tracking tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders.
- Committed to continuous learning and improvement, with a passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
