This role will oversee site trade coordination, material management, and provide essential support to field management teams to ensure the success of commercial and industrial construction projects. - Project Coordination: Manage trade coordination, material design, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
- Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary liaison between engineers, clients, and internal teams. Prepare and log daily/weekly reports, RFIs, and change orders.
- Technical Expertise:
- Read and interpret construction documents.
- Create and manage Gantt charts and schedules using Smartsheets.
- Oversee budgeting, cost estimating, and forecasting.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Provide strategic direction and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct weekly toolbox and project meetings.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure job sites meet OSHA safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Logistics & Quality Assurance:
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project standards are met.
- Flexibility & Support: Step in to assist field teams and adjust project plans as needed.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in commercial/industrial construction.
- 5+ years as a Project Manager or Project Engineer.
- Familiarity with plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Smartsheets, and email communication.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move 20-70 pounds regularly.
- Frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, and crouching.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
