The successful candidate will be a key player in the planning, design, and implementation of our engineering projects, with a focus on site plans, tentative maps, grading, control plans, and storm water treatment. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to join our innovative Engineering team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the planning, design, and implementation of our engineering projects, with a focus on site plans, tentative maps, grading, control plans, and storm water treatment. The Project Engineer will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art tools and technologies, including AutoCAD and Civil3D.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage various engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects meet quality and safety standards.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil3D to create detailed site plans and tentative maps.
- Develop grading and control plans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Design and implement storm water treatment systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders, including clients and management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to your work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the Engineering industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D is essential.
- Extensive experience with site plans, tentative maps, grading, control plans, and storm water treatment.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to solve complex problems.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work under pressure.
- Knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
