JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
Familiarity with legal terms and typical construction terms.
Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
Must be able to work in a group and independently.
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated computer proficiency in SureTrak, Primavera, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
Team player, self-starter, results-oriented.
BS/ BA Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field strongly preferred.

Job Details
- Maintain and improve client relations.
- Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent
- Support the field staff as directed.
- Expedite delivery of materials.
- Assist Superintendent and Project Manager in Safety and Quality Control.
- Maintain accurate contract documents, including specifications, drawings, and addenda.
- Maintain Shop Drawing and Submittal Log.
- Communicate effectively progress/problems to senior management, Field Staff, Subcontractors, Architects (as required), and Owner (as required).
- Assist in monitoring and updating schedules.
- Review and approve Shop drawings and Submittals.
- Major Construction duties to include:
- Assist in monitoring and updating project schedule.
- Prepare and monitor Submittal/Expediting log.
- Keep senior managements and Superintendent’s contract specifications and drawing sets current.
- Keep current log of addenda and contract changes.
- Review and approved shop drawings and submittals in a prompt manner
- Receive and direct RFI’s and monitor RFI log.
- Monitor and resolve all Building Department and QAA non-compliances.
- Submit revised plans to the Building Department, follow progress, and pick up when approved, Copy Finance or Owner on receipts.
- Perform other duties as required.
