Project Engineer - Land Development. P.E. License Required
The Project Engineer - Land Development will be responsible for managing and overseeing land development projects from conception through completion. This role will ensure that projects meet all regulatory requirements, timelines, and budget constraints while collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee land development projects, including commercial and residential developments.
- Prepare and submit necessary permitting documents and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in the design and planning of utility systems, including EV charging stations and generators.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development projects.
- Strong knowledge of permitting processes and land use regulations.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
