Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure clear communication and resolve any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and contracts.
- Assist in the evaluation of project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer
- Proven experience in vertical construction, preferably in airport construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- PE License is not required, but is a plus
