Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Actively participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept, through design, to completion and handover.
- Utilize technical skills in Revit, Autodesk, AutoCAD, and CAD drafting to develop detailed designs, plans, and specifications.
- Read, interpret, and implement civil and structural plans accurately.
- Ensure adherence to construction safety norms at all stages of the project.
- Manage contracts effectively, ensuring all aspects of the contract are met by both parties.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Use Bluebeam software for project collaboration and document management.
- Proactively identify potential issues or delays and develop contingency plans.
- Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project engineering, with a strong focus on safety.
- Proficient in Revit, Autodesk, AutoCAD, CAD drafting, and Bluebeam.
- Solid understanding of civil and structural plans and the ability to interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proven experience in contract management and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
