Project Engineer at Harvey Nash

Research, develop, manufacture, and test tools, engines, machines and other mechanical devices.

Research and analyze customer design proposals, to determine time and cost to complete projects

Assist drafters in developing design of products. Develop and design machines such as, CTL Rollers, Idlers, Sprockets and Recoils. Develop and validate CTL components based on input. $80000+ yr/DOE. Position is in Decatur, IL. Email resume to positions@harveynash.com

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of experience

Experience developing process flows, FMEAs and control plans.

Ability to calculate time for processes to develop concepts to reduce standard times

Experience with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Supplier Product Approval Process (SPAP), Manufacturing Execution Systems(MES), Advanced Quality Engineering (AQE)

Experience in verifying blueprints and identifying discrepancies

Experience with JT2GO and Creo

Experience with fixture designs and creation
