Job Details
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to a project team to expose, track, resolve, and notate project issues
Manage all project documents through the document control team
Process and track submittals and RFI’s
Assist in the coordination of planning and fabrication activities
Support Procurement in the distribution of bidding documents and tracking of quotations
Maintain project schedule via the Enterprise Scheduling Department
Preferred:
1+ year of relevant construction experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred, or a technical college degree with two (2) years construction experience
Data Center, Healthcare, Automotive, and/or Light Industrial experience (preferred)
Positive attitude with an aptitude for proactive and team-oriented problem solving
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related construction software
