Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a background with water/wastewater projects and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including designs, specifications, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of design documentation and civil construction principles.
- Familiarity with WWTP, water resources, and related projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
