Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating and overseeing all phases of commercial construction projects.
• Help prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
• Track project progress, update status reports, and assist with issue resolution as needed.
• Review and process project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control practices, and company policies on-site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally in a project management or support role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
