Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Engineer opportunity include:

2+ years of construction and project management experience
Ability to read architectural and engineering plans
Accounting experience in the construction, development and or design industry
Proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Acrobat / Bluebeam
Assist with the daily operations of ongoing construction and project management
Manage jobsite safety, coordination with construction professionals, and enforce project timelines
Inspect subcontractor work, ensure quality, and handle material logistics
Negotiate change orders, source new vendors, and report on project progress
Create RFIs and submittals, and maintain professional interactions with Property Managers, residents, and clients

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience
