This position is responsible for managing projects from order receipt through project execution, installation, and acceptance. This role requires attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, controls and software engineering. The Project Engineer is expected to conduct all interactions with customers and suppliers in a courteous and professional manner consistent with the company’s values.

- Communicates with all stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and coworkers, courteously and professionally.
- Demonstrates persistence, adaptability, and flexibility in achieving project outcomes while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple activities simultaneously.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in project/engineering management
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
- Strong technical aptitude; understands and can articulate electrical, mechanical and software concepts
- Handles multi-tasking environment
- Polished customer relations skills
- Persistent, adaptable, flexible
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Laser industry experience preferred
- BSME or BSEE preferred
