Responsibilities
**Position Summary:**
The Project Director leads clinical and behavioral health initiatives that are aligned with AHP’s Strategic Business Plan and value-based care contracts. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional collaborative teams through all areas of an initiative: planning, pilot, implementation, and monitoring with data collection, analytics and reporting for quality, financial and other KPIs defined in each initiative.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred)
+ 4-5 years of related experience (preferred)
+ Exhibits proficiency and ability to learn new software skills within a Windows-based environment (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint, Visio). Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven team member and ability to build stakeholder consensus in a complex environment. Must possess exceptional judgment and ability to learn. Works independently with minimal guidance. Demonstrates efficiency in prioritizing assignments, proactively resolving problems and recommending and implementing continuous quality improvement activities. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask required.(preferred)
+ PMP or Lean Performance Improvement (preferred)

**Pay Range**
Pay Range: $58,000 - $113,000 Annually
_The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._
