PROJECT DIRECTOR (CCBHC)
Job Description:
The Director of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic will provide direction and supervision for this federally funded project. The position trains and supervises multidisciplinary clinical and support staff. This position guides the development of a needs assessment and sustainability plan and oversees policies, procedures, and service schedules. The director will liaise with and coordinate activities with community partners and grant evaluators.
Position Requirements
- Active LMFT/LCSW, PsyD with the ability to provide clinical supervision to associates and clinicians.
Position Preferences
- Previous experience as a project or program administrator is highly desirable.
- Additional AOD licensure, such as CAADAC licensure, is desired.
Position Description:
- Participates, monitors, and reports on all grants and deliverables including national outcome measurements.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate multi-disciplinary staff.
- Provides direction and supervision to the SUD/MH counselors and clinicians, Peer Support Specialists, Counselors, Interns, and support staff.
- Functions as the clinical supervisor to staff and interns.
- Conducts screenings and assessments to determine admission criteria; oversees admission, care coordination, and linkages to other services and programs.
- Assesses clinical staff training needs and directs the implementation of the training program.
- Facilitates CCBHC Team meetings and coordination of the delivery of services.
- Designs, implements, and coordinates outreach and education to the community to develop cooperative relationships and other agreements with service providers, advisory groups, referral sources, and community members (stakeholders).
- Ensures the maintenance and communication of all regulatory, grant, and Agency policies and procedures to the management team.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing grant activities to management.
Clinical Supervision:
- Develop and provide direction for program admission and oversee staff adherence to policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all grant certifications and other applicable requirements and regulations.
- Provides clinical supervision, training, and overall direction of program services.
- Provides clinical direction in the development of interventions.
- Oversees and reviews diagnostic assessments of applicants for admission.
- Conducted clinical reviews of client charts to ensure compliance with agency, federal, state, and local government standards.
- Review clinical case notes and case files for compliance with treatment plans.
- Assure that the range of mother/infant and mother/child interventions (bonding, parenting education, infant/child developmental assessments, etc.) are being conducted with fidelity and meet program requirements.
- Provide direct therapy to clients where necessary.
- Supervise Interns and associates.
