PROJECT DELIVERY ASSOCIATE OR MANAGER-RENEWABLES AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM
Base Salary is $90K to $130K (based upon candidate and experience)

Solidly established spin-off from a Global FinTech Firm is looking for a talented, highly motivated, and experienced project management professional to join its Project Delivery Team as an Associate or Manager (title to be commensurate based on experience).
This role is based in Denver, CO though the option to work remotely may be available . The role provides the opportunity to participate in the development, acquisition, and management of construction-phase renewable energy projects in an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging work environment. As a member of the Project Delivery Team , you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and work with a growing team in a dynamic and agile organization, contributing to the success of renewable energy projects and the transition to a sustainable future.
We have returned to the office in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities Overview
In this role, you will manage third-party construction activities in collaboration with in-house and third-party technical and field support teams. You will monitor project schedules, tracking progress to ensure compliance with project commitments and contracts (PPA, GIA, Financing, Permit, Tax, etc.). You will balance and prioritize competing and shifting priorities, delegating effectively to internal and external resources, as well as communicating and resolving technical, legal, commercial, and other matters as they arise. You will also oversee outside consultants, such as environmental, civil engineering, and electrical engineering firms, as necessary. You will interact with and manage external stakeholders including landowners, permitting authorities, and interconnection and offtake utilities. You will also lead ongoing coordination and alignment among internal stakeholders, including project finance, accounting, procurement, engineering, asset management, and O&M (Operations and Maintenance).

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required in engineering, math, science, or a related technical field; Master's Degree in any of these fields is a plus
- At least Three to Five (3-5) years of progressive project management experience is preferred
- Familiarity with (or interest in) contract management, specifically PPA, GIA, EPC, and equipment supply, amongst others required
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplined teams of engineers and outside consultants, as well as experience in the development and execution of complex project schedules required
- Individuals with proven experience in the power industry or renewable energy industry, along with specific experience in solar project development, construction, or asset management will thrive in this role
- Deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies, industry regulations, and best practices is essential
- Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and impressive organizational and project management abilities
- Travel for site visits, in addition to meetings with construction team and project stakeholders, will be required at least once per month
