Currently, we are looking for a Project Control Specialist.  Duties are:

Overall

Prepare & issue monthly plant PM Report for U/O & CWIP Compliance

Work with site CSM to establish & ensure COT compliance

Provide monthly flags for CWIP compliance.

Prepare & issue weekly pending invoices reports

SAP Project Management

Create, structure & release work breakdown structure (WBS) in SAP for appropriations & local AEs

Manage & own plant's local AE projects register

Create & issue open commitment reports in SAP

Create & issue detailed transactions report

Create & issue site depreciation reports

Create, issue & analyze IR/GR reports for balancing

Asset Management

Prepare, issue & track capitalization eForms (eROC) in SAP.

Prepare, issue & track asset master record changes eForms (AMRC) in SAP.

Prepare & issue capitalization workbooks

Asset Maintenance

Prepare, issue & track asset disposal eForms (FADO)

Assist with preparing quarterly & annual plant's FADO forecast

Prepare & issue monthly plant asset register\

Coupa & Purchasing

Generate purchase order requisitions in Coupa (tentative)

Generate change order requests in Coupa (tentative)

Assist with invoices troubleshooting (postings, corrections & rejection) using Service Now

Assist with timely purchase requisitions release and troubleshoot all order related issues

Coordinate with purchasing team & buyers for single source & comp bidding orders

Generate purchase order requisitions for Oxnard CMO Fluor

Special Assignments

Perform other special duties as specified by CSM, PFM & Dept Manager

Generate Special Cost Reports and SAP Monitoring upon request.
