Project Coorindator - Selectek, Inc.

I have a client located just south of Atlanta, GA that has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator/Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• A Project Coordinator or Project Engineer responsible for coordinating with outside subcontractors to ensure uniformity of project efforts, which includes contract drawings, sales proposals, and scheduling. 
• Assist with coordination of design aspects of projects with Sales, Project Manager, general contractors, and design team. 

Requirements:

• Coordinating or designing precast concrete (5+ years if degreed, 10+ years if no degree).
• Parking deck experience

Preferred Experience/Additional Information:

• Architectural experience is a plus
• Possibility to work from home depending on where you live but would need to be in the office a few times a month.

Job Details:

Coordinating with outside subcontractors to ensure uniformity of project efforts, which includes contract drawings, sales proposals, and scheduling.  Assist with coordination of design aspects of projects with Sales, Project Manager, general contractors, and design team.  Manage the flow of shop tickets, material orders, and information to the plant.  Manage all questions from field and plant.  Ensure subcontractors operate using company's standards where possible and that the finished structure meets our client’s specifications.

Pay Rate:

• 28-45/hr. (Depending on Experience; 58-95k)
