About the Job
- Responsible for supporting the program director, program managers and other project resources during the course of the program lifecycle.
- Assist in the development of communication and training plans.
- Take notes during program meetings and distribute meeting summaries accordingly.
- Update program and project plans as needed. Plan, monitor and coordinate tasks.
- Participate in and document needs assessment meetings.
- Assist in the editing of program resources.
- Assist in the data collection and validation efforts. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Must have strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Zoom, and PowerPoint.
- 3 or more years of prior experience in a Jr. Project Manager, Program/Project Coordinator or Program/Project Administrator role is required.
- Experience in a non-profit is preferred. College degree or equivalent years of experience.
