Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join as a key addition to their team.

Job Details:

• Title: Project Coordinator

• Pay Rate: $22-25/hour

Candidate profile and qualifications

• Experience in 2-4 of experience within administrative support and/or project coordination
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce
• Soft Skills: Professional, attention to detail, polished, flexible, strong written and oral communication skills
• Education: BA/BS required

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and strategic support on programmatic initiatives.
• Support timeline management and assist with meeting target deliverables on schedule.
• Manage project reports, including working with Excel and internal databases.
• Coordinate meetings amongst internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain routine correspondence with project funders, partners, and other stakeholders.
