Basic Function:
- The CIS Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the NEXT CIS Project by tracking
- deadlines, maintaining project artifacts, scheduling meetings and other project specific activities as
- directed by the Project Manager. The role will support internal and external teams working towards
- implementation of a strategic Customer Information System (CIS) solution in support of the company's
- customer service and billing operations.
Major Responsibilities:
- Supports project team of both internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.
- Handle administrative tasks for the project manager and team to keep the project running efficiently.
- Tracks project activities, action items and deliverables. Works with assignees to ensure timely completion and reports to Project Manager for at risk or past due items.
- Maintains MS project plan updates and JIRA under guidance from Project Manager and team.
- Ensures accuracy of updates to JIRA, adhering to Client's established hierarchy and JIRA user guide.
- Assist with the creation of status reports.
- Reviews and updates RAID log on a regular basis with focus on proactively mitigating project risks and escalates to management as needed.
- Assists with the maintenance of comprehensive project documentation as defined by the NEXT Project Management Office.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience working within a Business and Technical Environment
- Demonstrated experience working as an IT Project Coordinator, working with clients and 3rdparties (internal or external)
- High level of proficiency with MS Project.
- High level of proficiency with JIRA, with demonstrated project experience in tracking, updating, and assigning issues and creating dashboards.
- Experience with SAP HANA S4 Projects or Operational Support
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to support the execution of large-scale projects, involving internal cross-functional personnel, contractors, and vendors.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and delivering projects in accordance with PMO governance and standards
- Knowledge of Agile concepts
- Demonstrated experience and expertise with Office 365 and SharePoint.
