The Mid-Level Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the execution of various projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves coordinating between different teams, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and providing support to project managers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project phases from initiation to closure.

Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Scheduling & Meetings: Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. Ensure follow-up on key action items.

Resource Management: Track project resources, including personnel, materials, and budgets, and report any variances to the project manager.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, task lists, progress reports, and project status updates.

Timeline Tracking: Monitor project timelines and key milestones to ensure deliverables are met on time and alert the team to potential risks or delays.

Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate project risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
