KPFF is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide project and operations support for our downtown Spokane office location. This position assists principals, project managers, and other staff members with coordinating project and office logistics, ranging from contract and project accounting through all phases of project delivery (schematic design through construction support and project closeout). Project Coordinators are a cornerstone of our success - supporting delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget; and helping the office and team members to grow and flourish.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, positive and proactive individual to perform a variety of tasks to support successful delivery of projects and deliverables to clients and subconsultant team members. Individuals will be expected to confidently complete tasks similar in nature to the following:
Contract Administration & Project Accounting
· Review and process owner and subconsultant contracts.
· Set up and manage spreadsheets for cost, billing, and payment tracking.
· Prepare change orders and amendments.
· Review subconsultant invoices and prepare client invoices.
Project Coordination
· Set up new project files, maintain files throughout the project, and archive closed projects.
· Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas and notes, and maintain action item lists.
· Coordinate construction support activities, including shop drawing/submittal reviews and Request for Information (RFI) routing and resolution.
· Coordinate project deliverables with project team and clients.
· Coordinate project submittal quality assurance/control activities.
Office Administration
· Organize social, educational, professional development, safety and community engagement activities.
· Procure office furnishings and supplies.
· Support strategic planning activities.
SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 3 years of experience in the built environment or a related field preferred.
· High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.
· Knowledge of general accounting practices preferred.
· Familiarity with construction documents (plans and specifications) preferred.
· Contract management principles and practices experience preferred.
