Location: Mandeville, LA
Pay Range: $18-$27 per hour (based on experience)

Overview:
United Trades of America is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Mandeville, LA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction-related office roles and possess the skills necessary to manage project documentation, financial tasks, and general administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation, including tracking change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Maintain accurate cost codes and ensure proper tracking of project expenses.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Assist with procurement of office supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Operate basic office equipment and ensure smooth office operations.
- Support project managers and other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction-related office role.
- Proficiency with cost coding, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is highly preferred.

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience, ranging from $18 to $27 per hour.
