Position: Project Coordinator/Service Manager Window Company

Experience: Must have experience with Windows and Doors as either a project Coordinator or a Service Manager.

Requirements: Experience working in a Window Company and familiar with parts.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assist in answering questions from homeowners regarding issues and service related problems
• Schedule service appointments with the homeowner, manage all Service Techs.
• Handle all Service related communications with the homeowner.
• Handle all Service Related issues and communications for Windows/Doors with the homeowner.
• Schedule Service Appointments with Homeowners and coordinate scheduling with Service Techs.
