Summary
Hybrid preferred for limited in-person meetings (1x/month or less)
This role is a 40 hour / week position performing work on two high profile accounting projects underway
This large project is already in flight and has identified the need for change management resourcing to help drive adoption of end-users. Changes for end-users are centered around
Roles & Responsibilities
1) understanding what is changing and why,
2) where/when/how to change existing accounting strings where applicable, and
3) others impacts, e.g. to their budgets. This role is not project managing the overall implementation, cutover and deployment, just the change management aspects of the project.
Role will involve scoping impacted parties, assessing training/communication needs, and drafting & deploying those change awareness needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Top 3 Must-Haves (Hard and/or Soft Skills):
1. Project management experience for software and/or system implementations.
2. Experience in change management and/or corporate communications
3. Comfortable balancing two high profile projects with their own timelines, deliverables, etc.
Top 3 Nice-To-Haves (Hard and/or Soft Skills)
1. PMP certification
2. Accounting or finance system implementation experience (or accounting finance work experience)
3. Strong organizational and presentation skills to diverse audiences
Education Requirements (Experience in Lieu of Degree): Bachelor’s degree (project manager experience in lieu is ok)
Certification Requirements (Any Preferences): PMP
