About the Job
The Coordinator, Scientific Engagement and Congresses (SE&C) will be responsible for managing processes related to medical engagement activities, submitting and tracking documents and forms undergoing internal compliance and legal review and approval processes, as well as organizing, collating, and maintaining information sources. This position is also responsible for preparing necessary reports, providing administrative and other support as needed and assisting with/supporting new initiatives/projects and improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of internal operations for SE&C.
Responsibilities:
Support medical engagement initiatives by submitting required approvals (including engagement and logistics requests), coordinating meeting execution and collecting/reporting event feedback Organize, track, and triage outstanding responses to ensure timely execution of activities.
Ensure shared content is kept updated, reports are collated, and distribution lists maintained.
Based on input from Scientific Engagement leads maintain Key External Expert (KEE) profiles and maintain in a shared repository or system.
Liaise planning for Congress engagements and securing input to KEE meetings and insight gathering activities.
Ensure KEE contracts, activities and payments are executed as planned.
Skills:
Greater than 5 years of experience in administrative support of increasing variety and complexity.
Strong organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Detail oriented
Strong understanding and use of technical and business vocabulary Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks Adept at appropriately and effectively interacting with staff including senior level management, vendors and industry professionals Works with relevant software and is able to navigate Internet and Intranet, and use technology equipment appropriately, remaining current with upgrades. Proficient use of internal business applications.
Proficient in MS Office suite of software
