Seeking a Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers with day-to-day administrative needs and to assist with back-end logistics. Your responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, scheduling with fabricators and clients, and coordinating with shippers nationwide. You will also be responsible for data entry in Salesforce, keeping sample inventory, and tracking client approvals.

Candidate must have excellent customer service as well as great communication skills. Also, you must be detail oriented and able to ‘think outside the box for solutions with a ‘can-do attitude’.

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with issuing purchase orders, coordinating schedule and shipping logistics.
• Must have Salesforce/CRM experience.
• Knowledge of logistics in the manufacturing industry, including process and shipping.
• Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
• BuilderTrend experience a plus.
• Must be excellent with numbers.
• Experience with a project management software a plus.
• Must be able to perform under pressure and deadlines.
• Must be able to think outside the box for solutions.
• Must excel in time management.
• Must have people skills to communicate with multiple vendors under various situations.
• Must be organized, punctual and a self-starter.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $80,000. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors.
