Project Coordinator/Sales Support - Software Guidance & Assistance

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Project Coordinator/Sales Support for a contract assignment with one of our premier Mining services clients in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities :

• Perform day to day Commercial Services operations such as contract and sales order entry, shipments and invoicing.
• Participate in initiatives that can bring additional value or improved experiences to our internal/external stakeholders.
• Apply standard documentation process and performance clauses (SLA's) to ensure customer and contract obligations are fulfilled.
• Manage month end reporting activities.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Ability to work in a multi-product environment and standardize processes.
• Adaptability to change and evolving deadlines.
