As the Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative and organizational support to the contact center and call center management team and ensure the smooth operation of all daily office activities for a state-wide customer service contact center.
- Qualifications for the position include:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or office manager in a non-clinical office.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, and PC skills (i.e., Microsoft Office; Word and Excel).
- Perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
- Work well under pressure and relate to a broad range of employees.
- Ability to balance conflicting points of view and to handle the unexpected.
- Maintain confidentiality of information appropriately and discreetly.
