We seek an organized and resourceful individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. What you will be doing
- Monitor and order field supplies, manage equipment maintenance, and schedule servicing.
- Serve as the primary contact for truck maintenance and scheduling.
- Generate Field Packages, handle mapping deliveries and pickups, and scan/file field notes.
- Prepare Survey Forms and Applications (Caltrans permits, Final Maps, Lot Line Adjustments, etc.)
- Process mapping submittals, organize mapping comments, and complete mapping schedules.
- Track and obtain approvals for Conditions of Approvals, signatures and correspondence.
- With training, assist in survey tasks using AutoCAD.
Qualification
- 3+ years’ experience; primarily in project coordination or administrative roles, preferably in land surveying or civil engineering setting.
- Friendly, organized, and capable of working independently and collaboratively, including interactions with public agencies.
- Professional, organized, friendly; able to work alone and with others including public agencies.
- Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Ability to climb in and out of the truck bed.
- Capable of lifting to 50 lbs to unload materials such as pipe, rebar, generators, or other equipment.
