Project Coordinator
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 5 months
Description:
As an associate on the Centralized Access on Boarding team, you will play a crucial role in processing new hire access requests through the implementation of Identify Access Management (IAM)
job roles. Collaborating closely with peers, you’ll ensure seamless onboarding experience, provide support and offer training to expedite the process.
Your attention to detail and proactive communication will be instrumental in promptly resolving any delay or issues, as we work towards mitigating system access risks and costs.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage user job role access onboarding requests
Construct job roles in the client IAM System following their creation
Facilitate timely completion of Computer-Based Training (CBT) by communicating with hiring managers and associates as needed.
Initiate IAM Issue tickets when required and monitor them through to resolution
Collaborate Closely with Cross-functional teams to troubleshoot provisioning errors and address any issues arising during job role application.
Provide comprehensive support to end-users for access-related inquiries and issues associated with the applied job roles.
Stay abreast of IAM Changes to ensure up-to-date knowledge and effective execution of responsibilities.
Manage and Monitor internal system process; correct issues or escalate with manager if controls are not working as planned.
Communicate updates with internal customers on new or existing processes; may provide customer service or training to users on process updates or rollouts; may deliver presentations.
Interact with end users via zoom, Slack, and chat to resolve access issues
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
1 years of experience in Process management
1 year of experience in Project management
1 year of experience using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
Proficiency with google suite applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
2+ years of experience in Process management or Project management
1+ year experience in identity and access management
At least 1 year of experience with SQL
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
