Pay Range: $30 - $40/HR W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. - Local candidates only, on-site (flexible at least 1 day in office per week), subject to change.
- Hours are 9 to 5p CST, can be flexible.

- Must have Workfront system management experience
- Bynder repository system management experience is a plus
- Ability to translate needs assessment to transfer them to system requirements
- Project management capabilities
- Ability to work and communicate with cross-functional internal and external partners
JOB DETAILS
- Provides system coordination support for Retail Marketing.
- Ensures that each project is appearing on our dashboard and flowing through to our internal creative team, to the creative development agencies and to our financial system via the Workfront Project Management system.
- Manages task completions and overall project completions for all Retail Marketing projects in the Workfront Project Management system.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Bynder repository system for Retail Marketing including cross-functional, internal and external partner inputs and requirements.
- Engage with Workfront internal lead team to identify, implement and maintain enhancements for Retail Marketing.
