GRT is seeking someone to fill a full-time project coordinator position. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner with all clients and internal staff, both in person and via electronic communications.

Compensation is salaried and is based on experience and proficiency in the qualifications listed below. The position will be located in or near Tampa, FL. Some travel may be required for specific out-of-town projects.

Once hired, the applicant will report to company general managers and project managers. They will work directly with these managers on a variety of tasks and projects, assisting them with a multitude of needs.

Project Coordination & Support:

Handling communications between employees, subcontractors, and clients.
Locating vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for new and ongoing projects.
Ordering materials and equipment.
Organizing trips and scheduling.
Contract creation and sharing.
Project documentation collection & organization.
Other project needs as they arise.

Office and Account Management Support:

Scheduling meetings and travel.
Accounts payable and receivables entry.
Identifying potential new clients.
Data entry.
Other administrative tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

Construction science or management degree and/or background in restoration and construction.
Xactimate estimating.
Marketing and social media experience.
LinkedIn navigation and posting.
Picture and document editing.
