About the Job
Client needs an experienced project coordinator to focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep the project teams running and to assist with improving team systems, tools and procedures.
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
Required Experience and Skills:
• 4+ years of project coordination experience
• Procurement/Shipping
• Space/lab coordination- Feet on the ground
• Project budget reporting/tracking
Preferred Experience and Skills:
• Flexibility
• Critical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills

At Client Reality Labs Research, we are developing the future of virtual and augmented reality. As an Project Coordinator you will be a critical member of the team and work closely with a multi-disciplinary group of research teams. You’ll ensure that all the operational needs of the team are met to enable our ambitious research programs to succeed. You will work with teams across RL-R including other research teams, product, legal, finance, HR, operations, and facilities to build impactful relationships, serve as a dependable point of contact, and ensure your program’s needs are met. To do this, you will need a blend of project management and operations acumen to collaborate cross-functionally. To be successful, you will be eliminating barriers to your team's success.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Vendor management/support (with PM guidance - set up new non-disclosure agreements, Statements of Works, and vendor on-boarding).
• Track key metrics and suggest improvements on project management methods
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics team (create tasks for purchase orders, track shipments from suppliers, help ship packages to external partners within and outside US); follow up from procurement to payment
• Set up team and external meetings
• Track team assets, consumable inventory and archived items
• Take notes/document team meetings with action items to meeting attendees; follow up on action items
• Collaborate with PMs to communicate project needs
• Organize documentation and team libraries on Google Drive and SharePoint
• Assist with planning, setting up, organizing, and maintaining lab, demo and storage spaces
