About the Role: SWi, LLC is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator/Project Management Assistant and AR Billing Specialist. If you're a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect role for you. You'll play a key part in coordinating projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting our team with billing and accounts receivable duties. Salary wages start at $60,000-$65,000 yearly, DOE.
We are looking for someone with a keen attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience in commercial projects, and excels at multitasking under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project tracking and coordination
- Review contracts and ensure insurance compliance
- Track project bonding and liaise with subcontractors
- Maintain lien waivers and project documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks (desktop) for billing and accounts receivable
- Assist with Accounts Payable on projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with terms
- Assist with crew scheduling and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage communications with clients, vendors, and team members
- Provide clear and complete project documentation
- Maintain high-quality customer service to support SWi's legacy
Qualifications & Skills:
- Commercial project experience required
- Strong contract review and insurance compliance experience
- Knowledge of project bonding and tracking
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop
- Experience with subcontractor coordination and compliance
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to new situations, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
