Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Project Coordinator(Primavera) for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Utility Services clients in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:
This position provides support to the Electric Delivery Project Management group and the project controls functions for major (specific) capital projects. Primary function is to lead the development and maintenance of project schedules in Primavera. Will also support project-related financial databases, data extraction, financial reporting and other report generation, project forecasting, and reconciliation as required by the project team(s).

Works with multiple stakeholders to build project schedules in Primavera
Conducts routine meetings with Project Managers and stakeholders to maintain current and accurate schedules in Primavera
Provides routine summary portfolio and project level status reporting on schedule adherence
Support Project Managers in identify schedules and milestones at risk
Assists with tracking project costs including budget reforecasts, estimates versus actuals, accruals and contingencies
Communicates with and gathers information from other departments to ensure that project schedules,
Assists with the creation of major (specific) capital project budgets and estimates and in the development of cash flow projections
May be required to present details related to project scheduling
Supports Project Management leadership and team members with special reports and informational inquiries

Required Skills:

Primavera experience, scheduling, project planning and estimating skills, as well as the communication skills necessary to interface with external engineering, architectural and construction firms, suppliers, and other organizations within the firm
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive work experience related to the Duties & Responsibilities and the Knowledge, Skills and Abilities section.
- College education may be considered in lieu of comparable direct/related experience.
Demonstrated ability with Excel and Access is required.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or related field from an accredited college/university
Budget, cash flow and/or schedule development
Assist in forecasting engineering and construction resource requirements including early identification of long lead items, resource constraints, and required project start dates
Experience with engineering and construction project controls is preferred
