The Project Coordinator will work closely with our current Project Team; aiding in the management and follow through of detailed projects for our core customers in the field of retail and commercial gas station construction and maintenance. The SolvOne team works to deliver a high level of customer service and to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, and followed through to successful project completion. We work to provide a great customer experience for our clients, and in turn we work at providing a great work experience for our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- This position is remote and will require occasional office time to complete required tasks.
- Manage, direct, and follow through on assigned projects and project deliverables.
- Ensure customer satisfaction of solutions by managing and successfully executing each project.
- Validate project work against the agreed upon scope, timeline, and other objectives.
- Field project questions and issues; work to find and implement solutions.
- Demonstrate an organized and accurate approach.
- Have strong problem solving and prioritization skills.
- Provide a level of professionalism with a diverse population of clients and coworkers.
- Be dependable and committed to be at work on time and ready to do your best each day.
- Evaluate outcome of each project, document lessons learned, and work on continuous improvement.

- Have the ability to learn new skills and processes, including petroleum industry equipment and terminology.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in project management; or equivalent education, skills, and experience.
- High School diploma.
- Willing to pursue CAPM certification within 6 months of being hired (Certified Associate in Project Management).
- Detail oriented and extremely accurate.
- Organized and able to prioritize and sequence multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking.
- Able to address issues quickly and pro-actively.
- Positive attitude, honesty, integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to network and grow relationships.
- Able to work autonomously, and as a team; self-motivated.
- Effective at communicating, verbally and in writing, with all levels of stakeholders, customers, and coworkers.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
