Communication Technology Services, CTS, is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for mobile networks in the U.S. The company specializes in the design, installation and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks for the mobile network operators, enterprise and venue owners and network infrastructure owners.
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to our growing Project Management Office (PMO) business nationwide.
This is a 100% remote position providing project administrative support to our National Team. It works closely with the Project Managers & Field Managers.
Hours are 8am-5pm EST Monday- Friday, 1 hour for lunch
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as an office administrator or administrative assistant and enjoy working with databases.
Project Coordinator– PMO
Responsibilities:
- PROJECT UPTAKE
- Create project Sharefile folders
- Upload Sales Engineer Uptake documents to project Sharefile folders
- Update Modernization tracker
- CLOSEOUTS
- Manage the Close Out Package (COP) process
- Coordinate local Project Coordinator Close Out package submissions
- Audit documents for accuracy prior to submission to QCC
- Create and upload Quality Control Center documents as needed
- Reviewing the audit dashboards for outstanding issues
- Coordinate with Regions to correct
- Maintain Modernization COP tab
- Provide updates on Deployment calls
- Manage the Close Out Package (COP) process
- BILLING
- Distribute Open Purchase Order report weekly
- Review COP completions for available IR’s (invoice request)
- Review Integrated Workflow Manager (IWM) paypoints tasks for completions
- Coordinate with local AT&T for PO line receipts
- Coordinate IR submissions with local Project Coordinators
- ADHOC
- Assist with Order Of Magnitude (OOM) entries
- Take notes on Deployment calls
- Route action items to appropriate parties
- Update IWM forecast and actual dates
- Collecting National Team weekly Timesheets
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Email
- Strong attention to detail and able to follow established processes
- Can do/ will do attitude & ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pay rate is $22-25 per hour, 40 hours per week
