Are you our next great Construction Project Coordinator?
Our Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to the entire Operations Teams by performing clerical, reporting, and coordination tasks.
- Maintain daily logs, monthly projections, schedules, and forecasts
- Will occasionally go out to job sites with Project Manager to take notes and assist with any projects
- Create and distribute closeout packages for completed projects
- Assist multiple superintendents and management with many facets of each project including professional correspondence with our vendors and clients
- Verify and review payroll hours and payroll reports
- Create and distribute various reports for accounting and management
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as an Construction Project Coordinator will include, but not limited to:
- High school diploma, or 1-3 years' related experience and/or training
- Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and projects
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
