About the Job
BTS has a fantastic opportunity to join our North American Enablement team for a role within our Project Management Office (PMO) department as a Project Coordinator.
The PMO team members are key contributors to a program team, partnering with Account Managers to support and drive the execution of program deliverables. This enables everyone to perform their best work by ensuring high-quality results, timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
This position allows the employee the ideal mix of working remotely and in the office. This role will be based out of our Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL offices.
The hours are generally between 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility required due to global sessions.

The Role
Project Coordinators are responsible for a range of duties that vary from project to project, all with a strong focus on supporting project teams with executing deliverables. This individual will have strong written and verbal communication skills, work well under pressure without sacrificing quality, detailed oriented, and can problem solve.
Responsibilities
Project Teams:
- Work closely with project team members to understand the scope of project deliverables
- Provide high level support on the overall execution of the project from beginning to end
- Ensure project stays on track and providing detailed updates to account managers and other stakeholders
Project Planning and Logistics:
- Work with other departments (graphics, editing, logistics, finance and production) to ensure important deliverables are executed at the right time and within budget
Timeline Management:
- Assist in overseeing and tracking milestones of project tasks, while executing project best practices and processes
- Focus on the quality of each individual project by creating timelines to ensure project teams stay on track to meet deliverables
- Be proactive with communicating timeline/logistics implications that may arise
Systems Management:
- Use various systems to enter and track projects including timelines, revenue, invoicing, milestones, and additional project details
- Ensure your projects across different systems are accurately entered and kept up to date for overall project success
Qualifications
- Proven administrative and/or project coordination experience
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at proactively and effectively engaging and collaborating with internal teams
- Exceptional self-management abilities through effective prioritization of project tasks based on urgency and importance, as we foster a culture of freedom within a framework
- Ability to work independently while also possessing a strong sense of teamwork
- Approaches challenges with a growth mindset while driving continuous improvement
- Capable of thinking quickly and acting decisively, while also demonstrating strong critical thinking skills for effective problem solving
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite is required (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Preferred experience using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Smartsheet, and Salesforce
- Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship
