• Ability to interpret complex business documents including customer purchase orders.
• Must be able to work in a team environment, anticipate needs, and exceed customer expectations.
• Able to move between office, administrative, production, and warehouse areas.
• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• GED/HS diploma required.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish a plus.

 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily entry and processing of incoming sales orders.
• Support key project initiatives and accurately track order progress and inventory status.
• Assist Project Manager with order request adjustments, and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate with marketing, graphics, and production teams.
• Provide same day order confirmations and clarify order discrepancies.
• When needed provide administrative support to other in-office projects.
• Assist Marketing, HR, and Operations team members as needed.
