JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in communicating with all parties during project execution and close-out. The PC will report directly to the Project Manager as well as the Lead Superintendent and will assist with the daily duties to keep the job on track.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule, attend, and record progress meetings
Develop and distribute meeting minutes
Upload file documents to the Project Management software system (e-Builder)
Coordinates reproduction and compilation of various program/contract/project documents
Log and track contract/project invoices received
Requirements:
EDUCATION: Associate's (2 Year) Degree in Construction, Engineering or related field preferred
EXPERIENCE: 4-5 Years’ Experience in the Construction or Engineering
2+ years of document controls experience supporting engineering or construction projects
Strong technical, organizational and coordination skills.
Must be able to effectively interact with Client, vendors, and other team members
EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Procore, Primavera, MS Word, Excel, Outlook,
