Project Coordinator needed for Commercial Drywall - Gpac

Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of commercial drywall projects by managing administrative tasks and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Project Set-up:

  • Identify project parameters and issue Project #
  • Verify project requirements and terms related to billing and payments
  • Enter Labor and Materials budget into project management/accounting software (ComputerEase)
  • Establish communication with customer counterpart
  • Enter schedule of values into Excel – G703
  • Create change order template

• Project Billing:

  • Adhere to billing cycle and verify monthly labor and material progression with Field and Project Manager
  • Generate AIA Billing documents (e.g., Excel/Textura/ProCore)
  • Make revisions to initial/pencil billings

• Account Receivable:

  • Manage collection of payment and prepare Lien Waivers
  • Work with accounting to manage positive cash flow

• Project Reporting:

  • Prepare and distribute weekly Job Cost Report
  • Prepare and distribute weekly Field Progress Report
  • Prepare and distribute monthly Accounts Receivable Report

• Establish and Maintain Customer Satisfaction:

  • Build cooperative rapport with customers
  • Resolve issues with open communication
  • Promote the company’s image through positive customer relations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in project coordination or similar role within the commercial drywall industry preferred
• Proficiency in project management/accounting software (e.g., ComputerEase)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
