Responsibilities
Coordinate and/or lead assigned project(s).
+ Monitor project plans, schedules and budgets.
+ Recommend alternative actions based on tracking outcomes.
+ Organize and support project meeting agendas.
+ Document and track project action items.
+ Coordinate and prepare meeting reports, materials and presentations.
+ Coordinate and/or lead project tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences
+ Needs to be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
+ Produce Daily Reports that are shared with Executives.
+ Manages the inflow and approval of Charity applications
+ Contract Administrator for Physician contracting software
+ Manages setup of Monthly Department Operating Review and monitors monthly variance reporting sheet
+ Manages Physician contract database
+ Manages minor equipment and Surgical equipment request log working with managers and getting CFO approval to process
+ Processes Single Case agreements from Case management
+ Support CFO and finance team on special projects
