About the Job
Seasoned Project Coordinator to support project management capability within cell therapy manufacturing for a large pharmaceutical organization. In this role, you will partner and support the Project Manager in handling day-to-day project related activities, various ad-hoc activities, and by helping ensure overall successful delivery. - Creation/dissemination of meeting notes, actions, and administrative support as needed
- Creation/ maintenance of project scheduling
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Milestone monitoring/tracking of timelines and ensuring deadlines/deliverables are met
- Risks logging
- Reporting of deviations and providing escalations to management and appropriate stakeholders
- Formal slide and PowerPoint presentation development for executive level presentations and leadership business reviews
- Change management support assessing the effectiveness and implementation of the change management efforts and raising awareness of identified gaps
- Additionally, you may work on data gathering by conducting interviews, aggregating the data and creating excel reporting for leadership/decision making
Qualifications and skills:
- Ten (10) years of professional experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager
- Two (2) years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company (preferably in product development, supply chain, manufacturing or biologics)
- Successful working with executive level stakeholders. This includes demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills, developing stakeholder communications, and development of presentations for and by executive management
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excels at managing competing priorities
- Demonstrates ability for open and transparent communication, ability to escalate, and ability to support overall successful delivery within timelines
- Experience with risk management and change management in prior roles
