Location: Orlando, FL
The role you’ll contribute:
Under the direction of the Executive Director and/or Director, the Project Coordinator assists with expansion projects in the SportsMed and Rehab Department. The Project Coordinator organizes, manages, and tracks progress of the expansion projects that support the growth strategy initiatives of the department; works closely with the Director to update and monitor various tracking systems for both expansion and retail sales projects. Coordinates with the Facilities and Materials Management support systems on assigned projects, providing progress reports to Outpatient Rehab Administration. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

+ Assists Director with preparing, launching, and managing all outpatient rehab expansion projects. Utilizes tools to track and help meet project deadlines and reports out progress to Director and OP Rehab Admin team. Helps to identify roadblocks to meet project goals and works to find and implement solutions.
+ Coordinates with CentraCare Facilities and Materials Management Team on expansion projects to achieve deadlines necessary for opening new facilities.
+ Prepares, schedules, and drives agenda for expansion meetings. Tracks task assignments as appropriate and follows up to ensure completion. Provides summaries on all projects and maintains expansion and project timelines.
+ Develop and maintains monthly dashboards for expansion, facility refresh and capital equipment projects.
+ Works with CentraCare Facilities and Materials Management Team on facility refresh and capital equipment purchasing projects to assist with moving projects forward. Communicates with and assists OP Rehab manager to prepare for facility update or equipment delivery.
+ Assists Director with managing Retail Sales projects, including but not limited to reporting on inventory tracking, sales reports, and tax reports.
+ Develops and maintains monthly dashboards for retail sales.
+ Functions as IS Coordinator or back-up for department as needed.
+ Assists with new employee onboarding duties as needed.
+ Assists Executive Assistant and/or Administrative Assistant with departmental tasks as needed.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications :
+ Highly skilled in task management
+ Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and presentation skills
+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
+ Excellent ability to manage multiple, diverse and often detailed tasks and/or projects ensuring appropriate priorities.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
Preferred qualifications:
+ Project management experience in a healthcare setting
