Support the Core Team.
• Schedule meetings, prepare & share agendas
• Take meeting notes and create action-item lists; follow-up
• Gather, organize and maintain documents
• Contractor set-up (Avetta, badge access)
• Coordinate with others planning work on campus (Operations, Projects, Events)
• Liaison with similar positions with other contracted work
• MyPPM data entry
• Teams site administration
• Summarize/simplify complex documents into executive-level versions
