Project Coordinator at Sparks Group

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a medical association seeking a Project Coordinator to support their new innovation program. If you bring a drive for research/innovation and experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to partner with various departments to achieve the goals of the program, this could be the role for you!
This position requires a hybrid work schedule of 2 days on site.

Responsibilities:

• Manage goals, metrics and outcomes of the program including identifying priorities, developing timelines, working with resources and ensuring deadlines are met
• Ensure effective planning and execution of events including sending targeted follow up emails, coordinating videos, and attendance and on site event coordination
• Work with sales team to support with deliverables and assets related to contracts
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop engaging content for various print and digital advertising materials
• Project manage the development of digital assets, coordinating with web developers, content creators, and external vendors
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company website, including content updates and sitemap optimization
• Assist in the implementation of the overall marketing and communications strategy
• Support special initiatives, conducting research, developing documentation, and creating presentations
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of divisional budgets
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across the organization

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, with experience in innovation or innovation incubators preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A service-oriented mindset

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Salary $67,000.00 to $73,000.00
